You start by adding a link on your website to
your "Donation Page". This is a page you customize
on our secure servers.

2. Donors Visit Site
Donors visit your "Donation Page". Your Donor
can choose to make a one-time donation, or a
recurring contribution every month, 3-months, or annually.
They can even choose specific "funds" to contribute to.

3. Donors Make Secure Contribution
When a donor completes their donation,
you and the donor receive a confirmation
receipt via email. The donor's card is
processed automatically with your ProPay
account, and you'll see the funds
immediately in your account

4. Reporting
You have full reporting on all donations, with a breakdown
on what fund the donor made their contribution to.

Q: Can we also sell items, books, etc. that are sold to support our organization?
A: Yes! You will simply need to sign up for our
"Cart for Selling Products" in addition.
You can use your same ProPay account for both ProPay CartLite accounts.
Q: Does ProPay CartLite charge any additional fees for each donation?
A: No. ProPay CartLite works with your ProPay account to accept donations. You pay a
flat yearly fee no matter how many donations you accept. ProPay continues to charge
their normal processing fees, which varies. More information on ProPay
fees is found here.
