I forgot my username

You must contact us if you have forgotten your username. You can only use the "password recovery" link if you know your username.

I forgot my password

You can reset your password using our password recovery page.

I try to process a credit card, but it always returns the error "authentication error"

Some ProPay® accounts not created from our discounted link will not have ecommerce capability turned on.

To resolve this, you must contact ProPay via email or phone. Inform ProPay that "I use ProPay CartLite and need my account's XML capability set on"

I get an "Err: xxx Unknown Donation Error" or "Unknown Error"

Ensure that your Cart is not loaded in an "iframe". ProPay CartLite is not supported when you embed it into your website via an iframe.
